If you’re looking for a holiday on a modern property with a private hydromassage pool by the sea, the luxurious Villa Casa G is the perfect choice! The villa comprises three apartments within a single house. The property is rented as one unit. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. From the bedrooms to the kitchen, everything is furnished and decorated with great care and attention to detail. Panoramic sea views are visible from each apartment.
The large terraces and the pool have been built in a high-quality contemporary design, featuring typical natural stone walls and olive trees. The outdoor space includes green areas shaded by Mediterranean vegetation, as well as a barbecue area with a large table that seats up to 12 people. Villa Casa G is air-conditioned and has wireless internet access, private parking for five cars, and offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday, with the pool just steps from the beach.
Villa Casa G is located in a residential area. It is not a party house. Groups of young people are not welcome. This villa is situated on the coast in Pjeana Uvala, near Pula. A wide selection of excellent bars and restaurants is within easy walking distance. Public transport connects to the center of Pula. It takes only 10 minutes by bicycle to reach the historic center of Pula (two bicycles are available for guests of the villa).
The nearest beach is 20 meters from the villa.

The Roman city of Pula and the charming village of Medulin are easily accessible. Medulin is considered one of the best seaside resorts in Istria.

You will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants in Medulin and Prementura, all famous for their fish dishes. Pula also boasts many excellent restaurants, some of which are located in the old town, which is full of Roman ruins. Pula’s most famous Roman monument, the starting and ending point for any tourist visit, is the amphitheater, commonly known as the Pula Arena, where gladiatorial combats once took place. It was built in the 1st century AD under Emperor Vespasian, around the same time as Rome’s magnificent Colosseum. Today, it hosts events in the summer – a film festival, opera season, equestrian festival, concerts, and theatrical performances. The underground tunnels, once used by gladiators, now serve as exhibition spaces.
